Injury Prevention

Injury Prevention is possible if you are prepared for your activity, both physically and mentally.

Don't succumb to the weekend warrior syndrome by doing more than your training allows. However, you also need to balance training with rest to avoid overuse injuries.

Rehabilitation after an injury can take some time depending on the type and severity of the injury, it will cost you more as well and you won't be able to train. Why do you have to wait until you are injured to see the Physio?

> Listen to your body. Pain is a warning sign of injury. You should not work through pain, but stop or slow your activity until the pain subsides.
