3rd and 4th Session > GET TO KNOW YOU + Nutritional Analysis Results
The 3rd and 4th session is when I get to know you a bit better. I might make a few changes to the programme like, intensity, weight or time. I then find out what type of person I am dealing with in terms of how hard we can PUSH YOU and things that you can and can't do just yet.
5th and 6th Session > THE PUSH
Now I know pretty much what you can and cannot do. Then we're going to push you beyond the limits for you to ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS.
FITNESS RE-ASSESSEMENT >
The fitness re-test show your improvement, it would be the loss in weight, % of fat, increase in strength etc. Fitness test varies; it could be done every 6, 7 or 8 weeks, it depends how often you train.
