The Ball-FIT Class is a mixture of Pilates, Core Class, Yoga, traditional Stability Ball and my own signature exercises. Bringing you a very dynamic class that is not only going to work your inner core strength, it is going to work your entire body from head to toes.
A Whole Body Workout that is going to tone, strengthen, make you lose weight and improve your balance and posture.
All classes are suitable for beginners and advanced from general fitness to sports performance and people with or without back or postural problems
