Yes! 30 minutes, that is all it takes... and the sessions can be 1 to 1, in pairs or in groups of 3 people.
The Spartan Workout is the perfect workout. What I can do in just 30 minutes for you I doubt you would do in 60 minutes on your own. Training Session varies to suit everyone needs, from Weight Loss and Toning to Strength.
The Spartan Workout is a whole body workout but it can be focused in just one specific area if you prefer like abs, legs & bums, arms, core and even a CV only Session.
The way the session works is like this.
Let’s say you booked to train 7:30pm then I would ask you to arrive at 7pm to Warm Up and do your normal CV session. After your CV I would meet you at 7:30 and I would take over and do the Spartan 30 minute’s session with you. If you only have 30 minutes to train that is not a problem, we can do the whole session together in just 30 minutes and that is one of the main reason why the Spartan 30 minutes Workout was created.
Our first session is the same as any of my other sessions. I will measure you using state of the art technology to find out exactly how much Muscle and Fat you have as well as your Hydration Level, Metabolic Age, Bone Mass, Visceral Fat and a few other things... The Spartan 30 minutes Workout is the perfect training.
